We take great pride in the quality of our grooming products and want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original Taylor of Old Bond Street packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to meet hygiene and safety standards.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our London warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
